Is it too late to send in my mail ballot?
It’s not too late – find your state’s specific deadline is below. BUT given how close it is to Election Day, to make sure your vote is counted on time, please deliver your ballot in person, whether at an early voting site, a secure drop box, or your polling place on November 3 (E-Day)! Check above for what to do if you already requested a mail/absentee ballot, and how to deliver it in person in your state. And then make a plan to deliver your ballot – right now. #becounted.
It must be received by November 3 at 8:00 PM

Nope!
- Drop your ballot at a drop box. Since we’re close to Election Day, check Michigan.gov/Vote to find a drop box rather than using mail.
- Sign the outside of your envelope.
- Match your signature to your “official” sig on file. Not sure what that is? Update your sig (call your elections office for how) or match to your ID.
- Follow instructions to a T. Fill in the oval next to any name. And check if your ballot is double-sided! You could miss page two.
- Track your ballot here. If you notice an issue, you can request a new ballot. The previous one will be invalidated.
